Since 2011, I've been counting macros and helping busy people lose weight to reveal toned muscles.

As the owner of Kelly Kounts Macros, I've been helping busy women who exercise go from frustrated and not losing weight to losing weight to reveal toned muscles.

I've had the opportunity to interact with literally thousands of people and educate them on macros so that they get the body comp they desire.

And through it all, I've discovered the subtle nuances that make a BIG difference in the success of fat loss that thrive vs. those that sputter and stay stuck.

My experience produced an important discovery.

When I discovered macros, I realized that there were two types of dieters.

The Weekend Warrior

This was the vast majority of people. These people typically ate healthy all week and bombed on the weekends, blowing them out of their calorie deficit and the "start over Monday" mentality.

The Macro scientist

This was a much smaller group. These people crushed their goals, losing weight month after month, producing bodies that were lean and toned. The best part is that they were structuring their lives in a way that required far less time, more fat loss, and a lot less stress.

Needless to say, I paid attention to the macro scientists and learned firsthand the EXACT strategies that were working for them to consistently lose fat.


So…

I tested my discoveries AND IT WORKED!

After years of working with thousands of macro scientists, I decided to launch my signature program, The Shred.
